Anybody recognise this Worcester Park chip shop up for sale?

Business description
Established by the current owner in 2004, situated on a community parade in the popular Worcester Park Area. Serving fish & chips and fried chicken.The freeholder will grant a 20-year lease subject to references with a starting rent of £12,000 pa. Business rates are £610 pa. The Vendor advises us that the weekly sales average £3,600.

    'fraid so. It's Superfry on Vale Road. one of the best fish and chip shops I know.

    I'd be gutted if it changes hand or gets sold!
